He also spent twelve years as a paralegal with a highly regarded law firm in Northern New Brunswick. During that time, he studied the required courses to attain Charted Insurance Professional standing with the Insurance Institute of Canada. In addition to his Insurance Institute training and hands-on experience, Serge has also successfully completed the intense Residential Dwelling Damage Estimating course at Vale National Institute. Born and raised in the beautiful Chaleur region, Serge in fluent in both official languages.

Outside of his work, Serge enjoys the outdoors; he is a big fan of hunting, playing ice hockey and most of all, he enjoys spending time with his family.
